Welcome to Viasheets. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of our web application and related services (collectively referred to as the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please do not use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not meet these requirements or if you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

Viasheets is a web application that enables users to manage and project financial data and other sensitive data. The Service allows users to manually enter their financial information and may integrate with third-party services to pull and aggregate financial data for projection and budgeting purposes. Viasheets does not provide financial advice, and all financial decisions made using the Service are the sole responsibility of the user.

Viasheets may process and store sensitive customer data, including personally identifiable information, in order to provide the Service effectively. We take the privacy and security of your data seriously. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

When using Viasheets, you agree to the following:

4.4. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any illegal, unauthorized, or disruptive activities while using the Service. The Service, including its design, graphics, text, images, trademarks, and logos, are owned by Layer Devops Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties or conditions, express or implied. Layer Devops Inc. does not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected. You use the Service at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Layer Devops Inc., its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Layer Devops Inc. reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service, or any part thereof, with or without notice. We also reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any modifications to the Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms.

Layer Devops Inc. may terminate or suspend your access to the Service, with or without cause, at any time and without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Layer Devops Inc. concerning the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Layer Devops Inc.
